Typical Responsibilities Include:
General Cleaning
Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors Dusting furniture, walls, machines, and equipment Washing windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate cleaners Cleaning and polishing furniture and fixtures
Waste Management
We gather and dispose of trash efficiently, keeping your spaces clean and compliant with environmental standards. Our team ensures waste is handled responsibly, promoting a cleaner, greener environment.
Restroom Maintenance
We service, clean, and restock restrooms to ensure they are always hygienic and fully equipped. Our team maintains a clean and welcoming environment, meeting the highest standards of cleanliness.
Floor Care
Professional floor cleaning and care for all types of flooring materials. This includes Steam-cleaning or shampooing carpets Stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing floors.
General Maintenance
Quick repairs and adjustments to keep your facilities functioning smoothly. This includes Making minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Water Damage, Sanitation, and Restoration
Our water damage, sanitation, and restoration services provide quick and effective solutions to address water-related issues, ensuring your space is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and restored.

Important Information for Preparing Your Disability Documentation
When preparing your disability documentation, please consider the following:
- JP Industries is not part of the Federal Government and does not use the Federal Office of Personnel Management procedures. JP Industries does not accept the Schedule A Certificate as documentation of disability.

Certification by a Veteran Affairs (VA) Rehabilitation Counselor is acceptable. The
certification must contain:
- A clearly stated diagnosis of the disease, injury, or impairment that causes the disability.
- Details on physical limitations and/or restrictions for physical impairments.
- Veterans Affairs (VA) disability ratings are also not considered adequate documentation of a significant disability.

JP Industries requires a written report or a certification signed by a qualified medical
professional containing:
- A clearly stated diagnosis of the disease, injury, or impairment that causes the individual to have a disability.
